Trade pricing applies to our complete product range — hybrid flooring, laminate, engineered timber, and vinyl plank. The more volume you run through us, the better your pricing gets. We work with builders doing one home a year and developers doing 50 — and we structure pricing accordingly.

Our installation team has worked on new residential builds for years. We know how to work with other trades, how to protect installed floors during the construction period, and how to handle the inevitable last-minute changes that come with every build. We don't need hand-holding — we get in, do the job, and get out.
Supply-only available with freight delivery
If you have your own installation team, we offer supply-only at trade pricing with delivery to site. We manage stock levels, batch numbers, and delivery scheduling so your team has product when they need it — not a day late.

How our Builders Division works — from spec to handover
Step 1 — Initial consultation & product specification
We meet with you or your project manager on-site or in-office to understand your build program, product specifications, and pricing requirements. We'll provide product samples, builder pricing across our full range, and a recommended specification based on your target market and budget.
Step 2 — Quote & trade account setup
We provide a detailed written quote per lot, including supply, installation, subfloor preparation allowances, and any site-specific considerations. For ongoing builder relationships, we set you up with a trade account — streamlined invoicing, 30-day payment terms (subject to approval), and a dedicated account manager.
Step 3 — Scheduling & delivery
Once your build program is confirmed, we schedule installation windows to fit your construction sequence. We manage product delivery to site — ensuring the right product, the right batch, and the right quantity arrives when your installer needs it. We confirm all bookings in writing and communicate any changes with at least 48 hours notice.
Step 4 — Installation
Our qualified installation team arrives on time, works safely and cleanly around other trades, and completes the installation to specification. We protect installed floors for the remainder of the construction period where required. Our site supervisor signs off on every installation before leaving the job.
Step 5 — Defect period support
We back our installations through the defect period. If anything isn't right, we're back on site to fix it — without the runaround. We keep batch records for every job so replacement boards match the installed product exactly.
