Who We Are

Reno Flooring is an Australian-owned, family-run flooring supply and installation business. We supply and install hybrid, laminate, engineered timber, and vinyl plank flooring across four regions: Brisbane, Gold Coast, Coffs Harbour, and Grafton/Clarence Valley.

 

We're not a franchise. We're not a national chain. We're an Australian family business that has built our reputation on being straight with people about what things cost, showing up when we say we will, and installing floors we'd be happy to have in our own homes.

 

We operate from warehouses across our service areas — which means no showroom overhead built into your price, and you're welcome to visit by appointment to see the full product range in person. But most of our customers prefer us to come to them — and that's exactly what we do.

We're available Monday through Sunday, including after-hours appointments, because most of our customers are renovating around work and family. Our competitors are typically open Monday to Friday during business hours only. We work around your schedule — not ours.

 

4. We bring the samples to your home 

When we visit for a free in-home measure and quote, we bring physical flooring samples with us. You see every option in your actual space — under your lighting, against your walls, with your furniture. Not under showroom lighting designed to make everything look its best. The decision you make in your own home is the right one, because that's where you'll live with the floor.

 

5. One company handles everything — supply AND install

We supply the product and we install it. The same business is accountable for both. There's no separate retailer and installer to coordinate between, no risk of each blaming the other if something isn't right. One quote, one company, one point of contact.

You can browse our full product range online, see specs, read warranties, and check pricing — 24 hours a day. No other flooring company in our service areas offers this. If you want to shop around at 10pm on a Sunday before calling anyone, you can.

Most local flooring businesses serve one town or one region. Our Warranties

Every hybrid flooring product we supply carries a 25-year residential structural warranty. This isn't a marketing claim — it's a manufacturer warranty that comes with the product documentation. We only stock products we'd install in our own homes, and we only stock products with warranties we're confident backing.

• Hybrid flooring: 25-year residential structural warranty, 5-year commercial

• Engineered timber: typically 25-year structural, manufacturer-specific finishing warranty

• Laminate: 25-year structural warranty

Coffs Harbour and Mid North Coast — Coffs Harbour CBD, Sawtell, Toormina, Woolgoolga, Moonee Beach, Sapphire Beach, Nambucca Heads, Macksville, Urunga, Bellingen and surrounding areas.

• Laminate flooring — from $24.99/m² supply. 12mm AC4 rated. Suitable for dry areas away from moisture. Not recommended for wet areas or humid coastal climates.

• Engineered timber — from $54.99/m² supply. Genuine hardwood veneer over plywood core. Australian species including Blackbutt, Spotted Gum, Sydney Blue Gum and Tallowwood. European Oak also available. Refinishable 2-3 times.

• Vinyl plank — from $19.99/m² supply. 100% waterproof flexible PVC core. Ideal for bathrooms, laundries and budget whole-home installs.

• Pet-friendly flooring — Furfect Flooring range from $27.99/m². Minimum 0.5mm wear layer, 100% waterproof. Curated for homes with dogs and cats.
