" We’re so happy with our new floor and are extremely impressed with everyone at Reno flooring. We had talked to several companies prior and nobody quite gave us the peace of mind like Reno flooring. We met with Sam when visiting the showroom and he was so attentive, professional, and very knowledgeable of the products. He came to measure and quote and with his level of expertise, he was the only person who was able to give us an estimate on levelling that might be required - most companies won’t mention this or was able to give even a ballpark estimate. We did indeed need to level the apartment and our floor feels very solid! Sam was very professional, accommodating, and upfront about all costs. We paid exactly what was quoted, no surprises or extras we didn’t anticipate at all. Sam and his team did the laying of the floorboards, they were polite, worked hard, fast and efficient and left the place clean. You really can’t fault the customer service and professionalism of Reno flooring . We’re so glad we made the right choice and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
